C4C trains teachers to become after-school instructional coaches for a cohort of aspiring educators from local colleges and high schools. We match middle school students with these mentors who lead academic sessions and structured physical activity. They use our evidence-based model to run after-school programs that complement school day learning and support existing school initiatives.
